Custom project amounts

The custom-amount option is intended for a project or milestone amount already agreed with our team. Contact us before paying if the amount, scope, or payment timing is unclear.

Delivery and collaboration

Schedules, required access, review stages, and handoff arrangements should be confirmed for each engagement. Any changes to requirements, deliverables, or timing should be discussed before additional work proceeds.

Ownership and third-party services

Rights to deliverables, licenses, access credentials, and third-party service costs should be specified in the project agreement. Third-party platforms may have their own terms and fees.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Contact support to discuss a change or cancellation. The treatment of completed work, future milestones, and any refund is governed by the applicable project agreement and law. This page does not establish a blanket no-refund policy.
